Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital offers specialized programs and facilities for treating inpatients and outpatients with brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, amputations, arthritis, burns, or neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders.

The Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is a freestanding specialty facility located near Mercy Hospital St. Louis. This state of the art facility was designed specifically for patients requiring rehab services. This facility is a true healing environment that is patient- and family-centered to treat the mind, body, and spirit. The facility is equipped with garden areas and a majority of private rooms that are fully-equipped with TV/DVD and internet access. There are two training apartments that provide an environment to build confidence and competence in activities and skills that will be needed upon a patient's return to his or her home environment.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is a partnership between Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Centerre Healthcare. Mercy Hospital is one of the largest Catholic health care facilities in the country and the second largest in the St. Louis area. Centerre Healthcare, based in Nashville, Tenn., is a national company dedicated to developing and operating rehabilitation hospitals in partnership with leading acute care hospitals. The partnership brings to the community a state of the art rehabilitation hospital which provides quality rehabilitative services in an attractive environment conducive to our healing mission.

The Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital offers programs that range from single therapies to comprehensive, multidisciplinary programs. A care plan is created for each patient so that progression from inpatient to outpatient services is a smooth transition.
