Referrals to St. John's Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital can be made by contacting the Admissions Coordinator at 314-881-4004. Whenever possible, a Clinical Nurse Liaison will complete an on-site evaluation to determine medical stability and appropriateness for admission. The admission will be coordinated with the referral source, the insurance company, the patient's physician, and the discharge planner.
